Privacy Policy

Last updated October 25, 2026

Dash Collective (“Dash,” “we,” “us”) runs dashcollective.app. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. The Terms of Service cover the rest of the product rules.

We do not sell this information.

What we collect

If you choose Google, we receive only the email Google confirms. We do not receive your Google password.

Card numbers are collected by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

How we use it

We use this information to run your account, match tickets, show guest lists, send event and account messages, process payment, keep Dash secure, and improve the product.

By creating an account or continuing past sign-in, you agree we may text and email you about Dash Collective, including event updates and offers. Reply STOP to a Dash text to opt out of those messages, or email [email protected]. Login codes are not marketing. STOP does not block a login code you ask for.

Who can see it

Dash Collective uses your email, when you have one, to sign you in and to match tickets you bought. Paid guest names can appear on the event page unless you hide that bubble. Emails, phone numbers, and ticket codes stay off the public page.

Hosts of an event you join can see that you are Going and the name on your pass. We do not show other guests your phone or email unless you put that on your public profile.

We share information with companies that help us run Dash (for example Stripe for payment, and the services that send email and texts), and when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep account and event records while your account is open and as long as we need them for tickets, security, and the law. You can ask us to correct or delete your account at [email protected].

Children

Dash is for people old enough to make a contract. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone who is not. If we learn that we did, we will delete that account.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top is the current version.
